In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, monitoring compliance with safety standards, and promoting a safety culture throughout our organization.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Occupational Safety or a related field
• Professional registration or certification in occupational safety
• Proven experience in a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including Brazilian local safety laws
• Proficiency in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with ability to conduct training sessions effectively
• Proficiency in using safety management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Detail-oriented with strong commitment to maintaining accurate records and reports
• Collaborative approach with ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in various environments and adapt to changing safety requirements
