Job Description
We are seeking an IT Consultant to join our dynamic Information Technology team as an IT Consultant in the R&D IT area. In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT projects and collaborating with external service providers
- Many years in IT application operations and project delivery
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
- Experience with R&D and Engineering applications
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project success
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, enabling the management of stakeholder expectations, negotiation with vendors, and conflict resolution across diverse teams
