Senior Software Engineer - Quality

Contentsquare is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Quality to become a technical owner of quality intelligence and tooling within their dynamic team. The role will involve architecting, developing, and extending quality platforms & tooling, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement to engineers across the organization, and driving the vision of Quality Intelligence by designing and building AI-assisted quality tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience building quality, testing, or reliability-related systems.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with growing or established experience in Python, and a track record of building and maintaining production-grade backend systems or internal platforms.
• Experience building or integrating AI-assisted systems, including practical use of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, or similar techniques in real-world tooling.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
• Experience with performance testing, security testing etc.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), as well as databases and datastores (SQL, NoSQL, etc.), particularly in support of internal platforms and tooling.
• Past experience with observability, SLOs, and reliability engineering is a plus
