Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts within the UK Financial Services sector. You'll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, winning new customers, and growing revenues with key accounts, all while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Experienced
- Business Development experience in SaaS or cloud services space
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Extensive experience in business development or enterprise sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team
- Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and driving strategic conversations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
