Senior FOIA Analyst

CGS is seeking a Senior FOIA Analyst to join their team supporting a large federal agency's legal mission. This role involves processing FOIA requests, drafting correspondence, and communicating with requesters. Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of FOIA rules and regulations; specifically applying exemptions b(4), b(5), and b(6).
• Experience redacting records with trade secrets and confidential commercial information.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
