Job Description
CGS is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain existing agreements and negotiate new contracts. The role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms. Requirements
- Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks
- Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities
- Review complex contract actions at all stages
- Work with Business Development, Client Success, and Human Resources teams
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts
- Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration
- Regularly engage with contracts and procurement staff
- Accurately enter contract data into various systems
