Job Description
CGS is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee all current agreements while meticulously negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms for existing and upcoming contracts. Requirements
- Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks, adhering to contract requirements, company policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities for assigned contracts, offering guidance to internal teams
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts
- Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for various Government contracts
- Regularly engage with contracts and procurement staff
- Accurately and promptly enter contract data into various systems
