Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or 15 plus years of equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing retail banking operations and treasury services
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart for service
- Deep understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management
- Ability to think strategically while staying grounded in day-to-day operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
