We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are successful and happy with our product.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of APIs and experience interacting with them
- Ability to understand different roles in an organization and craft clear narratives
- Ability to convince and motivate others to do what is right
