Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in concrete construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and layout documents
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
