Business Development Manager

The Regional Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and securing new project opportunities within the marine and civil construction markets, with a particular focus on expanding the company's footprint in helical piling and deep foundation systems.

Requirements

• Research and identify business opportunities across public and private sector infrastructure projects, with a focus on foundations and marine-related scopes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors, developers, engineers, municipalities, and utility companies.
• Conduct outreach campaigns including cold calling, site visits, trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to qualify leads and prepare proposals or budgets.
• Track regional construction trends, competitor activity, and bid opportunities.
• Assist in preparation of RFQs/RFPs and marketing collateral in coordination with the marketing department.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and opportunity management.
• Provide feedback from the field to inform strategic planning, service offerings, and customer needs.
