Superintendent - Infrastructure

We are looking for a Superintendent - Infrastructure to plan, organize and direct Graham Construction projects from the earliest stages. The role involves managing work from tenant improvements to JVs and P3s, and requires varying years of experience in a supervisor capacity role.

Requirements

• Varying years of experience will be considered: 4-10 years of construction experience and a minimum of 2-6 years in a supervisor capacity role
• Proficiency in civil infrastructure deep foundations, structural steel and concrete
• Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 25M
• Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams
• Knowledge of construction engineering and design
• Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes
