Job Description
ConMet is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance and repairs on injection molding/assembly mechanical equipment and systems on a 12-hour night shift. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related maintenance mechanic experience preferred; in lieu of experience, mechanical aptitude required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints required
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for repairs and installations
- Good working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
