Videographer / Video Editor

We’re looking for a Videographer / Video Editor to join our dynamic and growing creative team within the marketing department at Consigli Construction. This role is a critical component of the video team as a ‘creative doer’ who manages the end-to-end production of video content—from concept development and pre-production through filming, post-production, and final delivery.

Requirements

• Lead the execution of video projects, ensuring alignment with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative colleagues to develop video strategies and concepts that support internal campaigns, project pursuits, and social content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative storytelling techniques.
• Film high-quality video content for a range of formats across digital and social platforms.
• Edit high-quality video content and handle color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage delivery schedules and version control across multiple platforms (digital, social, etc.).
