Senior Project Manager

Requirements

• Lead and communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
• Represent the client with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Administer project financial aspects including contract term and subcontracts agreements.
• Build relationships with clients and project team members.
• Manage multiple projects with varying complexity.
• Lead project development, evaluation, and mentorship of team members.
• Take ownership of the development of client and project relationships.
