Operations Director

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all operations functions of two manufacturing facilities, including leadership and execution in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and production planning.

Requirements

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with corporate goals and improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Lead a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Supervise and support 35–45 staff across both sites.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable direct reports including managers and supervisors in operations, production, purchasing, and logistics.
• Manage vendor relationships and pursue multi-plant efficiencies.
• Partner with internal departments to align site operations with broader organizational goals.
