QA/QC Manager

This is a full-time on-site QA/QC Manager role located in Orange, TX. The QA/QC Manager will lead a team of inspectors and be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all shipyard projects.

Requirements

• Lead a team of inspectors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct weld inspections, fit-up verification, air/hydro testing, and support third-party NDI.
• Implement and maintain company QA/QC procedures.
• Manage audits, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection and testing documentation, including hold-point inspections.
• Interface with USCG, ABS, and customer representatives on compliance matters.
• Train, mentor, and develop QA/QC staff on quality processes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
