Job Description
Maintain welding machines, forklifts, crawler cranes, wire feeders, and hand tools. Enter and work in confined spaces. Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls of large and small machinery. Maintain reports and work at heights of up to 40 feet.
Requirements
- Balance and strength to climb 40 ft. ladder
- Repetitive forward bending, rotation of the trunk, and flexing of the hips and the knees
- Lifting no greater than 50 lbs. from floor to 6 ft. work surface unassisted
- Repetitive upper extremity movements while measuring, fitting, and welding
