Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a housekeeping or houseman role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and support other departments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Physical stamina for various lifting, moving, and cleaning tasks.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with a strong guest service orientation.
