Requirements

• Greet and check in guests with a welcoming approach.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and promotions.
• Collect and monitor guest feedback.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill requests.
• Assist with special guest experiences.
• Update guest profiles in Opera PMS and Hilton systems.
