Connexity is seeking a Sales Manager to join its US team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and managing long-term strategic partnerships with top-tier retailers, e-commerce advertisers, and performance agencies for the Connexity platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media sales, ideally in the retail vertical
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid search, and/or affiliate marketing
- Strong 'hunting' background and new business development skills with a proven track record of success
- Existing relationships with key decision makers across large-scale retail and consumer brand accounts, agency holding companies, and independent agencies
- Enthusiasm about the future landscape of retail/commerce, performance marketing, and ad technology
- Strong business acumen, an ability to present and communicate industry trends, ideas, and concepts effectively
- Demonstrated capacity to navigate complicated sales and show persistence, while meeting personal revenue goals
- Skilled in navigating and effectively communicating with internal and external teams, including cross-functional teams
- Prior experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system) and related productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
