Assistant Branch Manager

Connex Credit Union seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to provide outstanding service to members, identify financial needs, and drive branch growth and profitability. The role requires leadership, coaching, and business development skills, as well as experience in retail sales management, branch operations, and consumer lending.

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year retail sales management or branch experience
• 1 year interviewing experience in consumer loans and related insurances
• 2 years of direct supervisory experience
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations governing consumer banking
