The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, driving sales growth, and managing revenue & sales activities.
Requirements
- Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of client business models.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and time management.
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirements
- Comfortable with prolonged phone use
- Ability to effectively make 40-50 outbound calls per day
- Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industry
- Ability to identify opportunities and leverage resources appropriately
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach and other sales tools
