Job Description
Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical/clinical services to individuals in crisis, including intervention, psychiatric evaluation, and discharge planning. Requirements
- NC/DA license in the State
- Licensed in the State of employment and National Certifications
- Experience in the delivery of crisis mental health and/or family health treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques
