Job Description
The Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations will plan, manage, and coordinate the evaluation and implementation of the technology infrastructure and campus IT operations for CT State Community College. This role will lead collaboration with customers, management, IT colleagues, vendors, and consultants to define and uphold service levels.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Four or more years of professional level experience managing in an Information Systems department
- Two or more years of experience in the supervision of others
- CompTIA Security+ certification (preferred)
- Experience working within a large, multi-campus college or university system (preferred)
