Job Description
Connecteam is a TLV-based startup focused on improving the work experience for global deskless employees. They are seeking a Customer Education Team Lead to own customer learning, optimize AI and data use, define the team’s strategy, and manage content across various channels. The ideal candidate will lead a growing team and drive operational excellence while ensuring engaging learning experiences for customers and product users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and managing customer education programs in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency with help center tools (Zendesk, Intercom)
- Fluent English- required
- At least 1 year in a leadership role involving hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
- Hebrew speaker - advantage
- Proficiency with AI tools to improve customer education
- Proficiency with LMS Tools (Skilljar, Docebo)
- Proficiency with Looker, Monday.com, video tools (Wistia, YouTube), webinar tools (Zoom webinars)
- Leadership experience
- Organizational and communication skills
