ConnectAd is a large, owner-operated Supply Side Platform in the digital advertising space, dedicated to unlocking economic potential for digital media companies. They are looking for a driven Business Development professional to expand their supply partnerships across the EU market. The role focuses on building relationships, managing pipelines, and representing ConnectAd at industry events.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage leads and deals using a CRM system
• A ‘hunter’ mindset: goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to close deals
• An outgoing personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English
• Experience in business development and sales, ideally in digital advertising, ad tech, or media
• Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends
