The CDL Driver safely and efficiently operates an inter-city truck or combination unit between terminals, relay stations, and various delivery points.

Requirements

• CDL Driver's License
• Ability to load/unload freight
• Verifying documentation
• Maintaining compliance with company, state, and federal regulations
• Performing daily pre-trip inspection
• Operating vehicles in compliance with D.O.T., State Vehicle Code and Code of Regulations
• Collecting freight charges
• Matching, counting, and verifying freight with bills of landing and manifest
• Securing freight with tarps, chains, webbing, or straps
