Warehouse Production Supervisor 1st Shift- Bilingual Spanish role at Conexus Food Solutions in Chicago, IL. Ensure warehouse operations are followed safely and efficiently, lead warehouse associates, and maintain a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead a team of 5–10 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Minimum 5 years of inventory control or material handling experience.
- Minimum 5 years of safe forklift operation.
- Strong floor presence with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse up to 70% of the day, including stairs.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60–80 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cold environments down to -30°F (if applicable to role).
