The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related post-sales roles, and 2+ years of people management experience leading customer-facing teams.

- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships through change or transformation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and customer executives
