Job Description
We are looking for a KI Expert (m/f/d) to support us in planning and implementing the IT infrastructure, with experience in building and optimizing digital processes, and a passion for automation and modern SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Maintenance and optimization of the used (SaaS-) applications in the company
- Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software and automation tools
- Documentation & conception of digital business processes
- Planning and introduction of new software & IT solutions for process optimization
- Connecting standard solutions through interfaces and automating data flows
- Development & implementation of automation for daily tasks (e.g. with Make, Zapier & Co.)
- Analysis and troubleshooting of existing processes and workflows
