Requirements
- Maintenance and optimization of used (SaaS-) applications in the company
- Installation, configuration, and setup of standard software and automation tools
- Documentation and conception of digital business processes
- Planning and introduction of new software and IT solutions for process optimization
- Connecting standard solutions via interfaces and automating data flows
- Development and implementation of automations for everyday tasks
- Error analysis and troubleshooting of existing processes and workflows
