Conduit is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of its cross-border payments and banking infrastructure solutions to global fintechs, payment service providers, non-bank financial institutions, and other technology enterprises.
Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise or B2B sales roles selling fintech, payments, or banking-as-a-service solutions
- Proven success selling to fintechs, PSPs, non-bank financial institutions, or payment infrastructure platforms
- Familiarity with global payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, ACH, RTP), APIs, compliance frameworks (AML, KYC, safeguarding), and treasury operations
- Strong deal-structuring, negotiation, and closing skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Established relationships in the fintech and PSP ecosystem and the ability to independently generate new leads and partnerships
