Job Description
Condon-Johnson & Associates is seeking a Jobsite Safety Manager to implement and manage their Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs at heavy construction project sites. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a safety culture, and collaborating with various stakeholders. It is based at Project-Based locations in San Diego and San Clemente.
Requirements
- Administer, implement, and enforce project-specific HSE plans.
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Lead safety meetings and JHAs.
- Provide safety orientations and training.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent and Corporate Safety Director.
- Maintain all required safety documentation.
