Werkstudent Architektur (m/w/d)

As a work student in the architecture department, you will support our team on building projects in existing buildings, particularly in the planning of renovations for vacant apartments.

Requirements

• Identify potential for our vacant apartments to be renovated and check possible layout changes
• Create renovation plans and plan bathrooms, kitchens, electrical and lighting systems
• Support project management by conducting mass measurements to prepare for tendering
• Support the marketing team by calculating floor space and creating sales presentations
• Discuss with project management and maintain an overview of plan changes and adjustments
• Support the development of internal processes and standards
