Job Description
Bon Appétit and Epicurious are looking for a Site Director to lead their Content Team. The ideal candidate is an exceptional people manager with a passion for food and drink, and has at least 5+ years of experience leading and managing a digital-first editorial team.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years experience leading and directly managing a digital-first editorial team
- Demonstrated mastery of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects
- Expert-level editorial judgment, writing, and editing skills
- Deep proficiency with digital CMSs and editorial calendar management systems
- Detailed knowledge of social channels and SEO/catalog update best practices
