Global Director of Editorial Operations, GQ

GQ is seeking a Global Director of Editorial Operations to lead all editorial operations for the GQ and Pitchfork editorial teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing editorial budgets, leading editorial teams, and executing multi-platform content strategies.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in senior editorial roles or leading editorial teams
• Ability to lead with compassion, empathy, and optimism, while delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring and fostering growth for a large, creative team
• Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
• Experience managing a budget and balancing financial goals with editorial ambition
• Deep understanding of GQ and Pitchfork brands
