Concord Servicing is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide comprehensive legal and business support to the company. The role involves negotiating service agreements, coordinating with external counsel, overseeing business licensing, and managing consumer complaints, regulatory issues, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Current State Bar of Arizona law license, in good standing
• 2+ years of legal experience in a corporate legal department
• Experience representing clients in contract drafting and negotiations
• Experience counseling clients on business transactions or financial services/banking
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
