Job Description
Concord is seeking a Commercial Operations Support Supervisor to lead a team of support agents and oversee daily client support for corporate clients. The role focuses on managing client inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating across departments. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Manage and resolve corporate client inquiries promptly.
- Supervise and develop a team of support agents.
- Oversee payment processing, returns, and chargebacks.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and client contracts.
- Track client support trends and prepare management reports.
