Job Description
Conception is seeking a highly motivated and organized iPSC Scientist to own and scale their iPSC core. This is a pivotal role in building the foundation for preclinical and later manufacturing for CMC readiness, involving systems management, QC development, and team leadership. The company is pioneering the future of reproductive biology with functional human eggs generated from induced pluripotent stem cells.
Requirements
- PhD in Cell or Developmental Biology (preferred), or Master’s with relevant experience
- Extensive iPSC culture experience
- Demonstrated ability to run high-quality cell culture operations
- Mentorship or team leadership experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
