Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist-PRN to provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation, treatment, and supervision of patients. The role involves communication with families, physicians, and healthcare team members, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in training programs. Requirements

• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
• Communicate with physician and other healthcare team members.
• Participate in in-service training programs.
• Record evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
