Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to treat patients for mobility, function, strength, and positioning issues. The PTA works under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist and assists in maintaining efficient clinical workflows and staff training. They are committed to providing competent, courteous, and professional service to patients and fostering a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Treat patients according to treatment plan
- Communicate with patients, staff, and other team members
- Record treatment notes and contribute to discharge summaries
- Advise on maintenance programs
- Assist in clinical training for Affiliating Programs
- Comply with liscensure and certification standards
- Work beyond normal hours as needed
- Maintain confidentiality
- Pass ethical principles and maintain good judgement
