Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work with patients for mobility, function, strength, and positioning issues, under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. The role involves communication with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members, and maintaining impeccable documentation. Requirements
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan.
- Communicate with the Physical Therapist and patient/family.
- Record treatment notes and provide objective input.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and in-service training.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
