Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist. The role focuses on treating patients with mobility and cognitive function challenges, conducting in-services for caregivers and facility staff, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The OTA model emphasizes competence, professionalism, and client-focused care.
Requirements
- Treat patients according to treatment plan.
- Communicate with OT, patient, and family staff.
- Record treatment notes and complete billing.
- Adhere to occupational therapy assistant licensure and certifications.
- Assist in discharge planning.
