Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to provide therapeutic interventions for patients with mobility, cognition, strength, and functional limitations. OTA's work under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, conduct in-services and training for caregivers, and contribute to the development of restorative and functional maintenance programs. They maintain a supportive, dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Treat patients according to treatment plan.
- Communicate with OT, patient, and staff.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Record treatment notes and billing.
- Advise families on maintenance programs.
- Recommend equipment to OT.
- Report problems to the appropriate personnel.
- Achieve or exceed productivity standards.
