Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide competent and courteous care for patients with mobility, cognition, strength, and function difficulties. The OT will evaluate, treat, and supervise patients, communicate with families and colleagues, and participate in continuous professional development. Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Communicate with physicians and other health team members.
- Achieve or exceed the minimum productivity standard established by CRI.
- Comply with the Occupational Therapy Licensure and Certification Standards.
