Job Description
The Customer Service Representative position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. The role involves interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, or through the internet, and ensuring that service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
Requirements
- Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs
- Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution to the customer
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prepare complete and accurate work
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
