Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our team, supporting multiple communities at Briarwood Apartments & Village Ceres Apartments in Turlock and Ceres, CA. This is a full-time position with full benefits.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management role
- Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home
- Goal Oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
