Job Description
Conair is seeking a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to work on aircraft undergoing conversion to Air Tankers. The successful candidate will work under varying supervision, operate independently, and exercise good judgment. The role involves performing maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, and working within a team environment.
Requirements
- Maintenance on Conair production A/C and production projects
- Ensuring aircraft maintenance in accordance with Conair policies and Transport Canada requirements
- Knowledge of CAR's regulations and aircraft maintenance
- Travel to assist with inspections, evaluation, and RTS of airframes
- Holder of Transport Canada Licenses M1 or M2
- Successful completion of an AME category M training course from a Transport Canada Approved Training Organization
- Q400 type training and experience considered an asset
