Job Description
The Production Manager - 2nd Shift will direct plant personnel and provide direction in operations area to produce the best quality product possible, at the least cost standards. This role will be responsible for managing Production on 2nd shift and be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of all business units which includes Kitchen, Vienna and Sauce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Management, Operations, or Biology
- 5+ Years manufacturing experience
- Minimum 3 years in a production management or production leadership role in a plant
- Union experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience, chemical or related USDA/FDA industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Business, analytical and financial skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) capability a plus
